Royal Canin Impacted by the Cyberattack
On Tuesday, June 27, Royal Canin was subjected to a malware (cyber) attack. This attack affected our business capabilities and related services. Since the attack, we have been working diligently to restore our services and limit the impact on you and your pets. Our priorities have been communication, production and distribution. We are pleased to report that we have restored most of our communications services and resumed both production and distribution. Unfortunately, we anticipate reduced service levels at this time.
